I really enjoyed my time here. the staff were happy and professional, i felt at ease right away. everything was clean. I noticed the breakfast was tasty and efficient. i also liked that pets are allowed, which i will remember for future stays.
The hotel room was cold as gaps in the window allowed cold air to enter. The curtains were ineffective at blocking the cold

the staff seemed happy and smiling. my room looked clean and well presented. it was local for all my needs. there was a shop and restaurant nearby. the breakfast was good too.
the room was very cold because the window had gaps. cold air was blown in from the window. the curtains didn't help to keep the cold air out. the ac didn't work effectively. it made a very loud noise.

The staff was very helpful , addressing all my questions quickly. My room was clean. The breakfast included a good choice of items. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere.
The pillows were a bit too firm for my liking. It reminded me of sleeping on bricks. The stuffing was clumped together.

The location was convenient for accessing Pride Park and the train station. The room itself was VERY clean. Staff members were okay and helpful with directions.
The room was small and cramped! Limited television channels were available, with mostly just BBC channels. Only three large towels were provided in the room. It was not enough.
